Dr. Linda Liang is a leadership assessment, development, and executive coaching expert with over 25 years
of experience working with top organizational leaders to build leadership potential. She has helped individuals with disciplinary or behavior issues. She has coached over 500 leaders. Builds leadership competencies and skills needed to enhance organizational success. Linda’s wisdom provides insight and clarity, as well as practical solutions to thorny organizational issues. Dr. Liang believes in teaching smart people how to use their own intuition and insight to lead them toward higher levels of success. She uses a “co-active” coaching approach, that espouses that we are all naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. Linda has worked in the executive/leadership coaching space for over 25 years.
Linda is the founder and President of Organizational Resources, LLC, WBE, WOSB. Linda is a coach/ consultant and works with teams, conducts SWOT analyses and leadership assessments, measures communication style and change management leadership style. Dr. Liang and her company specialize
in the areas of large university systems in higher education, coaching administrators, scientists and PhD.’s and billion dollar corporations. She has coached Directors in a healthcare setting in a large higher education institution. Linda works with executives and entrepreneurs to assess and develop leadership strengths, to hold them accountable, to help them manage and empower a difficult team, to inspire passion and confidence and to build influence. Her coaching skills focus on executive presence, power and influence, and measuring capability, and enhancing the success of their team. Lastly, she has served as (interim) Dean of 10 online programs and Department Chair for the Ph.D. program in organizational leadership. She has also coached over 150 people of color in STEM at HBCUs as part of an NSF grant.
