Women’s Leadership
$3000 per person for six, two-hour sessions over six months.
Each cohort is limited to six participants to offer a very hands-on experience. Criteria for participation will be evaluated in the program application. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion.
We are accepting individual applicants to be paired with other leaders in similar roles, or if your institution is interested in your own cohort, contact us to chat more.
The benefits of a cohort with your institution offers more flexibility in dates, more team-building, and an optional final session in-person at your campus!
Women Navigating Higher Education Culture
Higher education leadership culture often introduces unexpected challenges to women administrators. As such, women may encounter different forms of inequitable treatment and disrespect, contributing to self doubts. Engaging in reality checks alone may not necessarily reaffirm one’s strengths and competencies; addressing and affirming with others is often necessary. This process-oriented program engages participants in an introspective workplace-centered review.
