Quinn, Christine J.

 

Christine J. Quinn, Ph.D. is a seasoned higher education leader who began her academic journey as a faculty member in the University of Wisconsin System. She then moved into leadership positions including department chair, dean, associate vice president for academic affairs and two Provost appointments. She utilized a coaching approach through most of her leadership roles. Today she is a leadership consultant and coach working predominantly in higher education. She has coached Presidents, Vice Chancellors, Deans and Department Chairs. She also supports groups/teams to identify and leverage strengths to overcome challenges. She brings groups together to see a common vision and to collaborate towards shared success.

She provides a holistic approach to her work which is accelerating results. She is compassionate and utilizes provocative questions to support her client’s growth. She believes by empowering individuals to authentically engage they will thrive, as will the organizations they work within. She brings a systems lens to her work, focusing on results through strong relationships, empowerment, and shared leadership.
