Group Coaching Circles
Do you have groups of individuals that are stressed, need to make decisions quickly and could use a group of colleagues to support them and their leadership work?
CBT Coaching Circles are a “micro community”, a segment of individuals with different goals who are there to learn, test, debate, laugh, and support each other, together. Circles are customized to your group and facilitated by an experienced leadership coach. This is a time when we all get to be a coach for our colleagues to develop our own personal growth. To lean on each other, develop chemistry, command accountability, and grow forward together with your peers.

Circles are customized to your organization’s needs, and can even include individuals from different departments and different roles. For example, we have coached groups that consist of department chairs to deans/provosts/vice provosts to vice presidents and mid-level managers to a mix of inter-departmental individuals.
