Executive One-on-One Coaching

Leaders in higher education are continually confronted with new opportunities and challenges. Executive One-on-One Coaching can support leaders as they navigate uncharted territory. Our CBT coaches bring years of experience along with a set of fresh eyes to the coachee/client’s situation. This work will begin with goals/expectations for the coaching engagement that are collaboratively created between the manager (if desired), coachee/client and coach. These goals will serve as a foundation for the creation of a development plan to support leadership success.
The CBT coach will also provide 360 assessment options as well as Strengths-Based assessments. Qualitative interviews may be requested by the coachee or suggested by the coach or manager too. Regardless, the specific selection of assessments will be dependent on the needs of the coachee/client. Input from the coachee/client, manager, and assessment data will be utilized to create an Individual Development Plan. Implementation of the Development Plan will be supported with bi-monthly coaching sessions (phone, Zoom/Teams, in-person).
